Hey there, I’m Melissa an Occupational Therapist with an undergrad in Health Science and Clinical Nutrition Studies which include a published co-written book! Study of the human body and disease prevention sparked a passion for living holistically in a way that helps us thrive starting from the inside out. Nutrition- what we provide to our bodies to function at its best is at the heart of that. Wellness is my passion and a lifestyle- it ignites this passion to inspire and educate others to pursue a holistic life path of wellness.

I started fermenting and brewing kombucha about seven years ago with my Mom who inspired me to grow it all into a business driven by this same passion we have - we love fermenting anything that roots and blooms to give our family and loved ones the absolute best!
